Terms and Conditions for Aesthetic Treatments at Aesthetics by Faye Erin
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the provision of services at Aesthetics by Faye Erin. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit to confirm your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
2. Health and Safety

For your safety, a thorough consultation will be conducted before any treatment. You must provide full details of your medical history, allergies, and any current treatments or medications.

You must disclose any existing or potential conditions (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, autoimmune diseases) that may affect your suitability for certain treatments.

If you are feeling unwell, or experiencing any health-related issues we ask that you reschedule for your safety within 24 hours of your appointment or deposit will be lost
3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you follow all aftercare instructions provided following your treatment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit for the procedure and that you understand the risks and benefits of the treatment.

If any side effects or complications arise after the treatment, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately for further guidance.
4. Consultation

A consultation is required prior to every treatment. The consultation will allow us to assess your suitability and determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

All consultations are free and will take 15 minutes.
5. Payment

Full payment for treatments is required at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via, Cash, Bank Transfer, all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. You will be informed of any price changes before your appointment.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all information provided during consultations as confidential. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will never be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Use of Photos for Social Media
- By booking a treatment with us, you consent to the use of before, during, and after photos taken during your treatment for promotional purposes on our social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
- These photos may be shared publicly to showcase the results of our treatments, but we will ensure that no personally identifiable information is shared unless you provide explicit consent.
- If you do not wish for your photos to be used in this manner, please inform us at the time of your consultation or prior to your treatment, and we will respect your wishes.
7. Treatment Results

Results of aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. While we aim to provide the highest level of care and the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment

Within the 7 day period, services will be free of charge.

Refunds are not offered on any service.
8. Allergies and Reactions

All clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or reactions they may have to products or treatments.

While we use high-quality, medical-grade products, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, but we will take all necessary precautions.
9. Insurance

All treatments performed are fully insured, and we hold appropriate medical and liability insurance.

Clients must also be aware that certain treatments may carry risks, and you must provide informed consent before proceeding with any treatment.
10. Age Restrictions

All clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments and ID will be required.
11. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client who is abusive, disruptive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the appointment.
12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
